Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -2 sanitizer containers at 100 ppm quat solution: one in bar area and one in serving station. These require 200 ppm. Let the quat dispenser run a few seconds before filling buckets.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One staff observed wiping tables with quat sanitizer cloth and immediately touching cooked chicken breast. This is not acceptable as the chicken breast will be contaminated with quat solution.
Corrective Action(s): Remind staff to wash hands after any source of contamination before handling food. Discard the one chicken breast that was touched. Date to be corrected: immediately

-Ice cream scoop in running dipper well

-No signs of pest activity. Pest reports are available
-Cooking of chicken breast 74C
