Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on April 12, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BB729F). The following observations were noted: Technician was called in to assess condition of reach-in cooler. Technician noted that reach-in cooler was missing a baffle unit on top. Temperatures were maintained at 4C or less - good Hot-holder adjusted to 60C or above. Pizza in hot-holder is discarded after 1h. You are now permitted to use the hot-holder unit Area has been de-cluttered behind the point-of-service (POS) counter No other concerns noted at this time Thank you for your co-operation
