Comments: 3 door beverage cooler at or below 4 degrees C (required: at or below 4C). Ice box (exterior) at -15C. Ice inside frozen solid. Unit is well maintained and locked between uses. Chemicals and cleaners stored separate from food Handwash station and handsink in the staff washroom were equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap ad single use paper towel/tissues. No signs of pests during inspection Storage of prepackage foods stored in cabinet behind counter and on shelves beside cooler.
