- Spray bottles currently have a 200ppm QUAT residual. New bottle has been connected to dispenser. Ensure that sanitizer is tested with test strip every time it is dispensed. Ensure water temperature is correct for accurate testing. - Line cooler is currently maintaining foods at 4C on top.
