General sanitation is good. Handwashing stations are satisfactory. Chlorine sanitizer is being used in the warewashing machine. Sanitizer is detected in the rinse water. Install a back flow prevention device for the faucet at the wash down sink. In the meantime, continue to hook the end of the hose on the rack above.
