Observation: During time of inspection, the following observations were made:
1. Common touch areas in kitchen premises required cleaning (i.e., walk in cooler handles, lids, wall, etc)
2. Cleaning required underneath equipment and in corners of facility
3. Cleaning and re-organization required in upstairs storage area
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above mentioned items are wiped down, cleaned and maintained on a regular basis

- Operator informed that service tech is coming in to repair

- All handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels - except for above noted infractions
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk in cooler #1 at <4C
* Walk in cooler #2 at 4C
* Prep/line cooler at 4C
* All chest freezers at -18C
- Low temperature dishwasher available, adequate chlorine sanitizer residual of 50ppm at final rinse
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 100ppm
- Good storage practices observed in walk- in coolers, all products kept covered with lids
- All products kept in food grade containers
- Screen door in use during time of inspection
