Please be sure to keep temperature records for all cold holding, hot holding equipment and dishwasher's rinse temp.
Be sure to maintain ice baths for scoops - at time of inspection, ice had melted. Corrected during inspection
Ensure scoops in bulk bins are scoops with a handle. No cups or bowls.
