Observation: REPEAT VIOLATION* Walk-in cooler is still not repaired. 1 month time has been given to operator. No perishables are stored in the cooler and there are signs on the cooler noting that it is "not working"
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cooler is repaired and can maintain a temperature of 4C or below. No perishables shall be stored in the cooler until it has been repaired.

Follow-up inspection conducted regarding unapproved equipment, equipment not working, and storage issues. Refer to report #ATHI-C8DTSG

-Unapproved hot holding equipment had been removed. 1 stand-up pizza holder has been put up for sale.
-Back storage area is improved
-Handwash station in the front area has been cleaned-up

Note: Walk-in cooler is still not repaired. Operator informed that technicians have been called but the repair will take more time. *Cannot store perishables in this cooler until it has been repaired*
Follow-up will be conducted in approximately 1 month.
