Follow-up inspection conducted regarding unapproved equipment, equipment not working, and storage issues. Refer to report #ATHI-C8DTSG -Unapproved hot holding equipment had been removed. 1 stand-up pizza holder has been put up for sale. -Back storage area is improved -Handwash station in the front area has been cleaned-up Note: Walk-in cooler is still not repaired. Operator informed that technicians have been called but the repair will take more time. *Cannot store perishables in this cooler until it has been repaired* Follow-up will be conducted in approximately 1 month.
