Temperatures are monitored manually. - Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Ensure to keep all food items at min 6 inches (15cm) off the floor. - No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects on a biweekly basis. Pest summary reports show no activity. - Random food items (i.e. eggs, milks, baby formula) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration.
