Routine inspection conducted and following are observed: - Handwash stations in kitchen are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Cooler unit is measured at less than 4C - Freezer unit is measured at less than -18C - High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at the dish level - Food contact surface sanitizer is available in labelled spray bottle and concentration is measured at greater than 100ppm - Food storage practices are satisfactory, dry storage cabinets are well organized - No evidence of pest activity is noted during inspection - FOODSAFE level 1 is verified, expiry is Jan 18, 2024 - General sanitation is satisfactory NOTE: Operator signature not required due to COVID 19 pandemic
