Hot holding was observed to be 60 C / 140 F after some adjustments were made; ensure hot holding is maintained at proper hot holding temperature. Cold holding units were observed to be 4 C / 40 F or colder Freezers were -18 C or colder All hand washing stations had adequate supply of soap and paper towel It was noted that the food handler did not have foodsafe certification, however the manager did. Food handler will have foodsafe certification upon next visit. Food handlers will have Foodsafe level 1 as discussed. Temperature logs were available upon request Cleaning logs were available Follow up inspection to be done late next week.
