All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached 79 C at the plate level. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests. This kitchen supplies food to approximately 30 people. Staff are FoodSafe certified. General sanitation was satisfactory. Note that there is a produce cooler and dry storage across the street at 227 Seventh St and there are two freezers up the street at 621 3rd Ave.
