Follow up inspection conducted:
-Dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle at dish level
-Large bottles of sauces were being stored in the prep cooler. Staff mentioned that during meal times/busy rush times, they will bring the large sauces out and put them into ice water baths (in the metal containers). They will only be doing this for a maximum of 2 hours before putting them back into the cooler.
-Bleach water surface sanitizer available in kitchen (with yellow rags in bucket--- 2 buckets) and in back area
-Operator to send copy of COVID-19 safety plan by email
