Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all spray bottles of bleach, sanitizer ( Oasis) and cleaning agents (de greaser, all purpose cleaner etc.) are accurately labelled. Please check all bottles to see if they contain the correct cleaner/sanitizer. Use only 2 teaspoons of bleach per Litre of water to make bleach water sanitizer.( immediately) Violation Score: 9

Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm. All hand wash stations are supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. No signs of pest(s) noted at the time of inspection General sanitation is satisfactory. * Ensure to not store any food products near sources of physical contamination such as thumb tacks or push pins on bulletin boards.
