* Hand washing station had liquid soap and paper towels
* Sanitizer was changed during inspection to fresh solution at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration; ensure solution at proper concentration (eg. 200 ppm for quat. ammonium sanitizer)
* Staff were dressed appropriately with proper attire and hair protection; staff belonging were being stored properly in designated staff area
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder; Note: gasket was loose on the walk-in cooler and requires repair/replacement
* Hot-holding unit was 60'C/140'F or hotter
* Food was covered in storage areas
* Note: more cleaning attention under shelving in back areas to be done
