- Sliding door cooler : 4 Degrees Celsius
- Drink cooler : 1.1 Degrees Celsius
- Partially cooked breakfast sausages stored ina food grade container with a lid
- Bowls of shreded potatoes noted in prep cooler with plastic wraps.
- Drystorage area improved organization. Unnecessary items removed.
- Chemicals in dry storage area relocated away from food items
Note:
Operator informed us that they are in a transition of changing organic bin pickup service company. We recommended for more frequent pick up service (2/week) as we noted organic waste odour.
