-Follow-up inspection to July 26, 2016.
-Meat display cooler has been serviced. Fan on the right side of the unit (adjacent to the seafood cooler) has been replaced.
-Food items in the cooler unit were probed at 4C - air blowing out of the fan units was also less than 4C.
*Temperatures records for the meat and seafood area are still not being checked and recorded daily. Infrared thermometer is calibrated weekly for the meat/seafood area but is not used for taking temperatures. Begin monitoring and recording temperatures on a daily basis.
