Follow up inspection conducted to check that required corrective actions outlined in routine inspection (03-May-2022) have been completed. - Areas outlined in routine inspection report where dead mice and droppings were noted have been cleaned. No additional droppings were noted in these areas. - Food debris and spills have been cleaned from floors, shelving and equipment as outlined in routine inspection report. - Level of sanitation of has improved since previous inspection - Continue to keep floor area clear, maintain a high level of sanitation and monitor for any additional rodent activity. If additional droppings (or dead rodents) are noted, remove them and clean and disinfect area. Notify Pest Control Technician of areas where rodent activity is noted. - Pest Control Technician was on-site 05-May-2022 to provide additional service for rodents (mice). Viewed report at time of the inspection. Entrance points have been identified and contract is in place for entrance points to be addressed. - Pest Control Technician is on-site twice per month. Continue to follow recommendations of Pest Control Technician and ensure any sanitation or structural issues identified are addressed.
