Routine Inspection: -Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - Low temperature chemical dishwasher reached 50ppm Chlorine at plate surface; 3 compartment sink also available - 200ppm Quats available for food contact surfaces - Walk in cooler was 4C or lower - Walk in freezer was -18C or lower - Cooler was 4C or lower - Hot holding units were not in use during inspection - water was recorded to be at 80C - Food storage was good; items in coolers and freezer were covered and protected against contamination; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground - No pest activity was observed during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was good Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
