Observation: 1. Used gloves observed to be stored in mixing bowl on top of cut potatoes

**Corrected during inspection** most items removed when identified. If personal storage space is needed, it should be in closed containers to prevent potential contamination of store food.
4. Strainer observed to be stored hanging off emergency shut off of fire suppression system near deep fryer. Shut off and pipe line heavily soiled with grease build up.
5. Build up of food debris observed on stainless steel rack near prep area.

2. Heavy build up of grease near deep fryer (on handwashing station and equipment, fire suppresion lines)

Observation: Multiple equipment observed to not be working properly at time of inspection:
1. 2 door freezer (True Freezer) measured -9.6°C at time of inspection. Freezers must measure -18.0°C or less.
2. 1 door cooler (coca cola) measured 6.9°C at time of inspection. Coolers must measure 4°C or less.
3. High temperature dishwasher awaiting parts installation for pipe. Plumber contacted and to be installed within 2 days.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Adjust unit temperature so lower temperatures are reached and maintained. Products still frozen in unit.
