Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water to hand sink in front drink area was turned off. Operator turned on at time of inspection. Noted a slight dripping at the tap. Have tap fixed so it no longer drips and do not turn off the hot water.

Observation: Noted one of the sliding 2 door cook units did not have any perishable foods in it. Operator said it was broken and has called the technician to come in and fix it. Have cooler unit repaired so it is capable of working 4 deg. C or less.

-All other hand wash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
-All other coolers were 4 deg. C or less (drink cooler, prep cooler, one sliding 2 door cooler...etc)
-Freezers x 2 both less than -18
-All hot holding higher than 60 deg. C (rice, peanut sauce, curries on side...etc)
-Reviewed proper reheating procedure with operator at the time of inspection. Ensure foods are reheated to 74 deg. C on stove and transferred to preheated hot holding unit at 60 deg. C.
-Reviewed operator's self manufactured ice wand. Ice wand has been manufactured from an appropriate material (stainless steel grade 304), there is no filler in the weld (stainless steel has been directly welded together), the seal is smooth and can be worled and sanitized, the ice wand fits in the washing sink to be worled and sanitized.
-sanitizer in spray bottles and containers with cloths submerged 100 ppm
-General sanitation satisfactory
-No obvious signs of pest activity. Back door closed at time of inspection.
-Ice machine appeared clean. Scoop for ice stored in a separate container outside of the ice.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71 deg. C (with thermolabel)
-All stored foods appeared protected (ie stored off the ground, covered, lights in food preparation areas had covers, etc)
-Washroom door in back had self closing door.
