Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # DWAG-BM5TBW of Feb-25-2020 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1. Accumulation of dust observed on the panels of the exhaust canopy. 2. Stains and food debris observed on the surface of the cabinet used to store cutting board and utensils. Correction: Clean and sanitize the aforementioned areas. Exhaust canopy and storage area for utensils must be maintained in a sanitary condition. Correct by: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection: - Sanitizer dispenser had been fixed. 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottle and from the dispenser. - Panels for the exhaust canopy and surface inside the cabinet had been cleaned and sanitized. - Soap dispenser at the kitchen was working properly.
