Comments

- No garbage bags were being used to store food
- Dough machine was dirty but staff stated it had been in use early today. Ensure to clean and sanitize all parts of dough machine after each use - never leave it dirty overnight.
- No droppings seen at time of inspection
- Hand sink was properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Refrigeration units were relatively clean
- Most food items were covered

*The last pest control report was from December 2017. Ensure pest control operator is visiting monthly and leaving reports on-site.
