All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding unit not in use during the inspection. Soap and paper towels available at the 3-compartment sink. The dishwasher reached 72 C at the plate level. The bleach sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine. No evidence of pests. Pest control report available on site. General sanitation was satisfactory.
