A routine inspection was completed due to ownership change: - Coolers 4 degrees Celsius; freezers -18 degrees Celsius; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily. - Quats sanitizer was 200 ppm in spray bottles. - Low temp. dishwasher has [Cl2] of 50-100 ppm. - Glasswasher has [I2] of 12.5 ppm. - Handsinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot & cold water. - Floor plans approved and build as per plan. - All surfaces are durable, smooth, sealed, and cleanable. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - FSP, SP and COVID-19 safety Plan approved. - No food on-site yet. - Exhaust canopy clean and serviced. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - Health permit fees of $62.50 to be paid. Called the billing dept. to pay the fees. - All in order. Permit to operate granted.
