Self -serve grill is in operation - Cold wells are measured to be less than 4C - HOt holding well and roller racks are greater than 60C. NOTE: Operator will be changing two compartment sink to a three compartment sink. Ensure that sanitizer solution dispense is installed and it dispense quats sanitizer at 200ppm concentration. Also, install soap and paper towel dispenser at three compartment sink for handwashing. NOTE: The facility has changed name to Circle K. Application for Health Approval is provided, complete the application for name change request and send it to area EHO.
