Routine Inspection -All cooler units registered a temperature <=4 deg C -All freezer units registered a temperature <= -18 deg C -Two compartment sink available in the back, supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel -No sign of obvious pest activity -Overall sanitation is satisfactory -Only receiving prepackaged foods (e.g. frozen meat products). Meat cutting station is not in use -5% unscented bleach is on site -Provide a copy of receipts/invoices of frozen meat product that is unlabelled to the District Health Inspector via email.
