Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEATED VIOLATION
15x small plastic containers with cheese were observed in the stand up cooler. No labels observed. Staff confirmed that the food was prepared at home and was being sold in the store. Operator voluntarily removed the containers and kept them for personal use.
Corrective Action(s): Do not sell any food products prepared at an unapproved facility/home due to risk of potential food contamination.

Routine inspection conducted.

- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Display coolers for raw meat recorded at 4C
- Walk in cooler at 3C
- 2x chest freezers below -18C.
- Stand up coolers on store side at 3C
- Stand up freezers below -18C
- 200ppm bleach recorded in spray bottle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink, bleach bottle and drain plugs available for manual dishwashing.
- Handwash sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.

As discussed, future non-compliance may result in enforcement action such as issuance of Correction/Closure order, violation tickets, fine etc. Operator stated that no home made food products will be sold onsite effective today.
