ITEMS CORRECTED - WELL DONE! - Facility has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized - All evidence of rodent infestation has been eliminated - no droppings observed today - Both storage rooms have had a major reorganization including purchasing of new storage shelves, droppings cleaned and area sanitized, no storage of any kind on floor - EXCELLENT - Traps set throughout - Back door has new door skirt installed - metal - Storage areas have new door skirt installed - metal - Discussed with owner no preparation of food in service area - none observed today NOTE: Metal shelves that have been made/purchased for the bags of rice are very good as they are higher up from ground and have no grip for rodents to climb - EXCELLENT! NOTE: Metal door skirts will not degrade over time and will not be able to be chewed through -EXCELLENT! ITEMS TO CORRECT: - Continue to monitor for rodents as now with colder months rodents will try to gain access into facility.
