Follow up inspection:

- Prep. cooler was repaired according to the Operator.
-Prep. cooler at or below 4 degrees C (3.6 degrees C on the left side and 3.3 degrees C on the bottom right side) at the time of inspection.
-Prep. cooler was equipped with a thermometer.
*Make sure refrigeration and hot-holding temperatures are checked at least every 2 hours during hours of operation.
Recommended: Keep a written temperature log on at least a daily basis.

-No inspects were visible inside the top of the Potato starch bag. Operator stated they will look through the contents of this bag carefully before using it.
