The following items have been observed: --> Tongs are now stored in empty container --> Bleach sanitizer in bucket is noted and at least 150ppm Chlorine is detected. --> Storage area still has a stainless steel table, but operator Indicated no food preparation will occur there, only storage. --> Stove has been removed from back to create a prep table. --> Grill has been removed. Microwave will be used as secondary cook step. --> Additional menu items have been removed from menu. Note: Update food safety plan to reflect change on secondary cook step. * Health approval is given.
