Follow-up inspection to ZDER-AV4VSZ -violations corrected -all pallets look to be maintained in sanitary condition - no obvious contamination noted -pest activity appears to be controlled - pest control devices on site -areas at the end of rows in warehouse along walls are clear of wood debris and extra clutter -no major spills noted -door sweeps installed under and between back double doors connecting unit to Everland Natural Foods. -general sanitation has improved Note: -Owner will verify where small white foam balls around cooler walls came from - let EHO know when answer is received from cool technician
