2. Scoop for powdered ingredient observed to be stored on top of lid for ingredient.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Defrost, remove ice, and sanitize equipment. If ice formation returns, contact refrigeration technician to have unit serviced.

All food were either in original packaging or covered.
Storage area organized.
