At this inspection, there were 16 children and 5 staff present. No contraventions were identified and no further action is required.
Licensing reviewed fire drill records, attendance records, registration forms, minor incident log books and care plans.

The contents of this report was discussed with a staff person and a copy was provided on Jan. 26, 2022. This report was written off-site at the Tri-Cities Health Protection office and time spent includes report writing. |
