306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: cleaning improvements were noted however there was still some build up of debris/grime in hard to reach areas under equipment and along the legs and wheels of equipment in the kitchen and bar area. Ensure all areas of the kitchen and bar area regularly cleaned and sanitized to maintain sanitary condition. Corrective Action(s): Correct by 06/18

All items noted on the previous inspection corrected except the following Note: Broken gaskets in prep cooler were replaced and in proper working order Note: all items/equipment was removed from the top of the walk in coolers. Non business related items were removed from the premise Note: Carpet in dining area was professionally cleaned and is part of the regular cleaning schedule Note: operator has ordered china board and wall install it in high traffic areas for easy cleaning and maintenance. Note: operator to continue cleaning on a regular basis to maintain sanitary condition.
