Follow up inspection to PDHL-CRNTK8: - All food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground - Food items protected against contamination - all food items were covered with food grade material **Ensure all food are stored in food grade material** - General sanitation and cleanliness was good - 200ppm chlorine solution available for sanitizing purposes - Light covers still need to be installed.
