Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Macaroni and cheese scoops stored in insert filled with 19.5 C water at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): All in-use utensils are to be:
- stored in ice water at 4 C or below, or
- stored in hot water at 60 C or higher, or
- to be washed and sanitized after each use.

Observation: Long standing food debris observed under all stand-up refrigeration units in the back preparation area.
Corrective Action(s): Remove and clean all long standing food debris to prevent the attraction of pests. Ensure to regularly clean under all equipment to keep the premises in sanitary condition.

Corrections Needed:
- Ensure a copy of your COVID-19 Safety Plan is available on the premises or on your website. Ensure it meets all the requirements of WorkSafeBC and the Provincial Health Orders. Send a copy of your COVID-19 Safety plan to the undersigned via email for review.

Observations During Inspection:
- No evidence of pests
- Coolers achieving temperatures of 4 C or less
- Freezers achieving temperatures of -18 C or colder
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of 60 C or higher
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 (74.1) Degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in front and back food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm
- Interior of ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units
- Back door closed during inspection
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Vegetable choppers in good sanitary condition
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition

- No Covid-19 Safety Plan available to staff

- Premises located in food court of Guildford Mall which has Health and Safety Measures posted on website for mall. Mall monitors occupancy limits, provides one-way floor markers, provides floor markers indicating 2 m distance between patrons, and provides COVID-19 signage in mall. Indoor dining area in mall observed closed as required by Provincial Health Orders
