At the time of inspection, no staff was present with Food Safe lev 1 training. The person that is trained was on the lunch break/ not present on site.
Please ensure to have certified staff present at all the times.
Quat measured at 200ppm at the 3rd dishwashing sink.
Some cleaning is required at the back area( doors in the storage back /janitorial storage )
