Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize area to allow for monitoring of potential pest issue. External pest control company comes in monthly, no pest issues cited in last 2 inspection reports.

Observation: Missing grout on the floor tiles by the dishwashing area. Cracked floor tile by the exterior of the walk-in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Facility undergoing renovation in the fall to address these facility issues. Ensure all areas in the premises are maintained to allow for effective cleaning.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handsinks all accessible, stocked with liquid soap and paper towel, equipped with hot and cold running water.
All sanitizer containers and wall mounted QUAT dispenser noted with 200 ppm QUAT.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
All hot hold units were holding food at > 60C.
Cold potentially hazardous food stored at room temperature were all noted with time stamps. All within expiry time.
All food contact surfaces maintained clean and sanitized, in particular the deep fryers and ice machine.
General sanitation satisfactory.
Manager in charge has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate.
