Observation: Grease and grime observed throughout the kitchen.
Grease mostly observed on the floor and wall of the cookline where the grills and friers are.
High touch surfaces are sticky.
Kitchen floor is very wet.
Corrective Action(s): Due to the nature of the facility, grease accumulation will happen very fast.
Please deep clean the kitchen and find out why the floor is wet, if it is a leak, please fix it so it stops leaking.

Note:
- Pest control company was on-site yesterday.
>>> According to their report, they have found rodent activities and burrow under the three compartment sink.
>>> Please follow their advice to eliminate rodent activity inside the facility and to prevent them from entering.
- At the beginning of the inspection: Faucet of the three compartment sink observed left on, continuously filling the sanitizer compartment with water.
>>> Please ensure water is not being introduced to the already pre-mixed sanitizer. This will dilute the sanitizer.
