Note: Kitchen and bar not in operation at time of inspection
-Hot water temperature at handsinks in kitchen was initially at 35-36 deg C. After operator on site turned up the hot water tank, all sinks were dispensing water at >38 deg C (this is the required minimum temperature as per Food Code--- copy of food code requirement provided to operator).

-Two door upright freezer: -14 deg C
-2 upright coolers: 3 deg C (left) and 2.8 deg C (right)
-Thermometers present in coolers and freezers
-Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm (labelled as "Pursue Disinfectant", located in cabinet above handwash station)
-General sanitation excellent
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3 deg C on rinse cycle
