- All handsinks in front and in washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - front drink cooler, blizzard, smoothie, milk coolers and walk-in cooler are maintained at temperatures less than 4C
- All freezers - walk-in, three upright cake freezers, line freezer and front display cake freezer are ll less than -18C
- HOt holding unit is measured greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution in buckets at the front and three compartment sink dispenser is measured at 200ppm concentration
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C during final rinse at the dish surface
- NO pest activity at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
