Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the aforementioned spray bottle with 200 ppm chlorine solution. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces before using them.

- Glass-door cooler at 3C.
- Fridge cooler section at 4C, freezer section at -18C.
- Chest freezer at -19C.
- 3 compartment sink available for ware washing.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- No pest activities observed.
- No food that creates grease laden vapor was prepared on site.

Reminder to submit an updated floor plan for the additional dinning area added to the facility for health review.
