Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is excellent.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 77C at the plate level.
Internal temperature of cooked pearls was measured at 70C.
General food storage practice is acceptable.
In absence of the manager, on site staff had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
