Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection, licensing officer observed Clorox wipes in the bathroom that were accessible to children.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection, licensing officer reviewed two children's files and one did not have an enrolment date.
