-Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests
-Hot and cold water available
-Hand sinks with liquid soap, paper towels and running water in use
-Food protected from contamination
-Equipment in good working order
-Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks
-3 compartment sink in use; one sink is dedicated to hand washing
-Dishwasher final rinse at 100ppm chlorine at the plate
-100 to 200ppm chlorine sanitizer in use in spray bottle
-70% isopropyl alcohol in use for disinfecting frequent contact surfaces
-Coolers: inline cooler 4.0c cheese, glass cooler 3c mayo, freezer -20c fries, freezer desserts -21c, pop cooler 2c, stand up coolers 3.0c diced vegetables, 4.0c onions/lettuce, 2 chest freezer -18c and below bread/cakes
-Condiments are staff served only then sanitized
-New covid safety signs installed. Some still needed: one direction walkways, max occupancy etc
-Covid safety plan now in place and available for review on site. Update as needed.
-No change in service, menu or floor plan/equipment
-Owner will take Foodsafe level 1 in the next 2 months
-Fraser Health Approval issued. This does not exempt you from meeting requirements of other regulatory agencies.
-Advised completing worksafe component of Covid Safety Plan as soon as possible
