Services provided:
-> Waxing/Eyelash tinting/lifting, Brow Lamination, Make up applications, Hydra facial, Dermaplaning,, Microneedling
Note: No Laser services are being provided on site. Currently No Botox/Filler services are being provided. (Required to be administered by members of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.)
Disinfection:
- Low Level: Lysol/70% Isopropyl alcohol (low level): Skin antiseptic.
- Numbing Cream: 5% Lidocaine
- Intermediate: PreEmpt RTU
- High Level Disinfection: (tweezers/loop extractors/dermaplaning scalpel)
- All implements are to be washed (scrubbed with soap and water) prior to disinfection.
- Pre-Empt CS-20 utilized for high level disinfection!
* Manufacturers directions are required to be followed! (Note: "undiluted" and contact times)
* Expiration dates are to be monitored. Ok. No concerns noted.
- Health Canada Approved Equipment:
- Skin Pen has Medical Device number issued by Health Canada. (Single use/prepackaged items) Device disinfected with 70% Isopropyl alcohol. Sharps container noted on site.
- Oxy Geneo Facials: Has Medical Devices Number issued by Health Canada. (single use prepackaged pads)
- HydraFacial: Health Canada approvals noted. (Single use tips)
- Sanitary Facilities: Ok. (Liquid soap/single use towels are to be kept accessible. Hot/cold running water is to be provided at all times.)
- Sanitation: Facility is clean and well maintained, including treatment room.
- Single use items utilized. (spatulas, tongue depressors, etc) Do not reuse!
- Treatment bedding is to be changed after each client.
- Dispensing of facial products is to be done in a manner as not to contaminate the entire batch.
- Laundry services on site. Ensure all items (towels/linen) are washed after each client. Recommend hot water wash and hot dry cycle. Bed liners are to be changed after each client.
- Cosmetic make up brushes are to be cleaned routinely.
- Structurally: No concerns noted this date.
Notes:
- Staff training documents (Certificates) are to be kept on site.
- Staff Training: Ensure all staff are properly trained on your infection control plan. (ie: Cleaning and disinfection procedures.) |
