A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CBNVJ3 and the following observations were made - Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches above floor level - Personal items were not observed near the food prep area - Areas near the gas rangers, food prep station, and the utility room observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Equipment not required for food premise operation removed from site - All violations addressed
