Follow up inspection conducted to verify issues identified at routine inspection have been corrected.

Corrective actions completed:
- In use wiping cloths in kitchen and sushi bar were kept in bleach sanitizer solution (100-200pm)
- Walk-in cooler was re-organized to ensure raw eggs and raw meat are kept beneath (or away from) ready to eat items and produce
- Ceiling has been cleaned to remove dust accumulation
- Exhaust canopy vents have been cleaned to remove grease accumulation
- Lower shelf in sushi bar has been cleaned to remove mouse droppings and the surface sanitized. No additional droppings noted at the time of the inspection.
- Thermometer has been supplied to Danby cooler.

Ensure sanitation procedures and cleaning schedule are followed so that premises is maintained in this condition.
