Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris oberserved on the vegetable slicer stored near the 3 compartment sink. Staff cleaned and sanitized the vegetable slicer during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Follow manufactures instruction to properly clean and sanitize the vegetable slicer after each use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Broken thermometer used in the under counter cooler near the drive-through window. Staff replaced the broken therometer with an accurate thermometer.

- 2 preparation coolers inserts at 4C. bottom drawers at 2C.
- Up right cooler at 4C.
- Walk in freezer temperature satisfactory.
- Soups, potato wedges and chicken strips hot held at above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available from buckets with wiping cloths, spray bottles and dispenser at the 3 compartment sink.
- Dry food products stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed on site.
- FoodSafe requirements met at the time of inspection.
- Temperature logs were available for review.
